How do we give you the key if we are not there?
Most of our customers leave the key underneath the front door mat. Others leave the key in a place they prefer and call our office to let us know.

Yes, we do work Saturdays, but not Sundays.
We have pets. Do you mind?
Not at all, we know pets are part of our families and are used to them. Only one thing, if your dog is big and barks, please keep the dog in a kennel or somewhere it does not scare the maids.
What do I have to do before the cleaning?
So that we can be as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. Jericho Cleaning brings all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies.
Can our maids keep the key?
Absolutely, many people leave the key for our ladies to keep. That way we can service your home on the scheduled date without you being held at your home to open it for us.
